How do I best apply MISSI gel covers?

Don't worry, MISSI Gel Covers are super easy to apply!

Watch our step-by-step video tutorial to see how to apply the gel covers perfectly for a professional result.

Pay close attention to whether your nails fall under "short" or "long." We recommend a slightly different technique for each length. This way, you'll get the most beautiful and long-lasting result.

How do I remove the gel covers?

It's easy! Use Missi's Remover Oil and apply it along the edges of the covers .

Gently massage the oil in so that it can be absorbed well under the covers.

Then carefully remove the covers from the side with a wooden hoof stick by making a slight rotating (twist) movement .

This way your natural nails stay healthy, strong and undamaged .

Shipping & Delivery
When can I expect my package from MISSI?

All orders placed before 5pm (Central European Time, Amsterdam) will be shipped the same day (Monday to Friday).

For the Netherlands and Belgium, the delivery time is usually 1–2 working days .

For countries outside the Netherlands and Belgium, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days , depending on your location.

You can track your order using the track & trace code you received by email.

Is it taking longer than expected or are you unsure about the status? Feel free to contact us at support@bymissi.com with your order number , and we'll be happy to check it for you.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.95.

For Belgium and Germany the shipping costs are €5.95 .

For the rest of the European Union, shipping costs are €9.95 .

Orders above €75 are shipped free of charge .

My package is marked as 'delivered', but I haven't received anything - what now?

Unfortunately, it can happen that the delivery service indicates your package has been delivered even though you haven't received it yet. In most cases, the package will reappear within 7 days – often with your neighbors .

Have you also checked the track & trace code?

Please complete these steps first:

  • Check the track & trace for the latest delivery time and any comments from the delivery person.
  • Check with your neighbors , housemates , your mailbox and any agreed delivery location .
  • Check whether your parcel has been taken to a collection point .
  • Please wait another 24 hours : sometimes a shipment is scanned as β€œdelivered” a little too early.

Still not found after 7 days?
Please contact our customer service at Support@bymissi.com with your order number and track & trace code . We'll work with you right away to find a solution.

Returns & Refunds
How can I return my order?

Not completely satisfied and want to return your package? You can register your return with our customer service within 14 days of receipt .

Send an email to support@bymissi.com with your order number (and the reason for your return). We'll be happy to help and send you the return instructions to make the process quick and easy .

The return costs are €5.95 , which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded .

In case of an incorrect delivery or damaged product , Missi will fully cover the return costs .

There's something wrong with my order, what should I do?

Do you have a question about your order or is something wrong? Please email us at support@bymissi.com with your order number (and photos and track & trace, if applicable). Our customer service team will be happy to help and find a solution right away .

How and when do I receive my refund from Missi?

Once we have received and inspected your return , your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days via the same payment method you used to make your order.

You will automatically receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Please note: depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account.

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact our customer service at support@bymissi.com β€” we're happy to help.

Change or cancel order
Can I cancel or change my order after I've placed it?

If you'd like to change or cancel anything after placing your order, please email support@bymissi.com as soon as possible with your order number and the details you'd like to change/cancel.

  • Not yet processed or shipped? We'll do our best to change or cancel your order.
  • Already packed or shipped? In that case, changes are usually no longer possible. You can, however, return your package after receipt according to our returns policy .

Please note: we process orders quickly (on working days and often the same day for orders placed before 5pm CET), so changes are not always possible.

What should I do if my order is incomplete or contains the wrong product?

Is your order incomplete or did you receive the wrong product ? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible at support@bymissi.com with your order number and, if possible, photos of the products you received .

We are happy to help you and will immediately provide a suitable solution.

What if I am not satisfied with the products or my order?

That's certainly not the intention. Your satisfaction is important to us , and we'd like to resolve this quickly.
