Missing an item or is your order damaged?
Missing an item or is your order damaged? Please send an email to support@bymissi.com within 14 days of receipt with the following details:

Your order number
-
Photos of the packaging (in case of damage)

A photo of the packing slip (for missing items)

A brief description of the problem
Claims submitted after 14 days can unfortunately no longer be processed.
Delivered but not received
Unfortunately, it can happen that the delivery service indicates your package has been delivered, but you haven't received it yet. In most cases, the package will still show up within 7 days – often it's with a neighbor.
Have you also checked the track & trace code?
Please follow these steps first:
- Check the track & trace for the latest delivery update and any notes from the delivery person.
- Check with neighbors, housemates, your mailbox, and any agreed delivery location.
- Check if your package has been taken to a pickup point.
- Wait another 24 hours: sometimes a shipment is scanned as "delivered" a little too early.
Still not found after 7 days?
Then please contact our customer service via Support@bymissi.com with your order number and track & trace code. We will immediately work together to find a solution.
Modify or cancel an order
Do you wish to make changes or cancel your order after placing it? Please email as soon as possible to support@bymissi.com with your order number and what you want to change/cancel.

Not yet processed or shipped? We will do our best to change or cancel your order.

Already packed or shipped? Then changes are usually no longer possible. You can still return your package according to our return policy after receipt.
Please note: we process orders quickly (on weekdays and often on the same day for orders placed before 17:00 CET), which means changes may not always be possible.

Orders placed on a weekday before 17:00 will be processed and shipped within one business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
