MISSI'S RETURN POLICY
At MISSI, we believe it's important that you are satisfied with your purchase. Should this not be the case or if there is something wrong with your order, please let us know so we can look for a solution together.
Within 14 days, send an email to support@byMissi.com with a clear description of the problem, clear photos, and the order number.
Once we have received and reviewed your email and photos, you will hear from us whether the return has been approved. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Upon approval, we will create a return label for you and send it via email. The return costs will be automatically deducted from the amount to be refunded.
After processing, the refund will be automatically credited within a few days via the original payment method.
